Jiangsu Trigiant Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Trigiant) is the whole owned subsidiary in China by Trigiant Group Limited, a listed company (stock code: 1300) in Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board. Trigiant invested 80 million USD as registered capital, and it is awarded by such as “Excellent Private-Owned Enterprise in Jiangsu Province”, “China’s Top 10 Suppliers of Communications Equipment Technology Enterprises”.
Trigiant is established on March 15, 2007, and located in the Industrial Park for Environment Protection Science & Technology, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. Trigiant became the industry leader as soon as the 3G license was issued by Chinese government in 2009 which resulted in a large scale construction boom of 3G network. On June 18, 2009, Trigiant Industrial Park was established, which not only focus on 3G market, but also FTTH, integration of three networks and Internet of Things. The Trigiant industry chain contains Mobile Communication, Optical Communication, Sensing and Intelligent Industry.
